“The measure of a society is the kindness that we extend to each other.”  -Kevin Neils Tetz

The automotive industry has long been considered a man’s field, with women being few and far between when it comes to key positions at automakers and in the car industry as a whole. In order to embrace diversity in an ever-changing business landscape, it’s important for women to carve out a name for themselves in any industry. The automotive industry is no different.

In this episode, Bruce sits with Paintucation Owner, Kevin Tetz to discuss how the automotive industry has been steadily pushing more and more toward diversity in recent years, whether it’s based on gender, ethnicity, age, or culture, and how we can embrace this change. They also talk about cars and how we form our experiences, relationships, and memories around them, giving back to the community, and how to get better at anything.

The world isn’t just evolving, it’s rapidly accelerating at breakneck speed. It’s important to acknowledge this as we move forward into the future.
